Sometimes getting a mortgage can be difficult. Whether you have poor credit, just started work, lack address confirmation, only started trading or are self employed we can still look at getting you a mortgage. We only want to charge clients the standard fee of £495 or £595 but there may be instances where the fee is higher as a result of the additional work that we have undertaken.
